International Shipping
We proudly ship our American-made lighting fixtures worldwide, bringing illumination to homes across the globe. Please note that we are unable to ship to certain remote locations and parts of Asia. Custom duties and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply to qualified returns

- Custom or Made-to-Order Pieces: As each of these fixtures is crafted specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns

Return Process

Ship your return to our workshop address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return shipment.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
